Spread really contains cholesterol 1,5 times less than butter, as this product is produced with substitution from 30% to 75% of milk fat by vegetable one which contains no cholesterol. As follows, the substitution of butter by spread on a sandwich, from the point of view of health benefits, must be considered positive, beside that, spreads are cheaper then butter which also is of high importance when choosing a product. |
