Processed cheese "Vershkovyi Rai"® is produced from hard, rennet and lactic cheese, with the addition of butter. The process of cheese melting includes the admixing of the special salts, which are called melters. Processed cheese is assimilated by the human body for 100% and contains less cholesterol, compared to the hard cheese. It is valuable nutritious product, the source of phosphorus and calcium, which is responsible for the condition of hair, nails and bones. Fats, which contain in processed cheese - are high-calorie carrier of the fat-soluble vitamins, which supply the body with the vitamins A, D, E and rich in polyunsaturated acids. Processed cheese contains large amount of casein – high-quality protein, which contain irreplaceable amino acids. It practically doesn't consist of proteins, only nearly 2% of lactose. |
